Salina Rosato IGP - Cantina Colosi is born from the unique meeting between the volcanic territory of the Aeolian Islands and the tenacity of indigenous grape varieties, such as Nerello Mascalese. The grapes, grown on the steep lava slopes of Salina, give the wine an intense minerality and lively freshness. After a controlled fermentation at a low temperature, the rosé matures in steel to preserve aromatic purity and vibrant acidity. In the glass, it presents a pale pink color with coral highlights, while on the nose it offers delicate aromas of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries, and floral notes. On the palate, it is harmonious and savory, with a clean and persistent finish, ideal to enhance seafood dishes, light appetizers, and summer preparations. Salina Rosato IGP represents a true tribute to the Mediterranean character of this small island, capable of surprising with freshness and genuineness.
