Champagne Blanc De Blancs - Astucciato - Maison Burtin is born in the renowned Champagne region, a land of excellence for the production of outstanding sparkling wines. It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, a variety known for its elegance and freshness. This classic method involves a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by prolonged aging on the lees, which imparts a unique aromatic complexity to the product.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, accompanied by a fine and persistent effervescence. The bouquet evokes hints of citrus, white flowers, and a delicate mineral note, a distinctive feature of the chalky terroirs of Champagne. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its structure and leaves a clean and refined aftertaste.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with delicate fish dishes or fresh cheeses, making it an ideal choice for moments of pure elegance.

Winery history
Founded by Gaston Burtin in 1933 and established at the historic Château des Archers in Épernay, the Maison built its reputation through commercial activity and close ties with local growers. In the decades that followed, the Maison consolidated supply relations with numerous partners and set aside some cuvées for a select circle, which more recently led to the decision to publicly showcase these bottlings under the "Hommage à Gaston Burtin" range.
Production philosophy
La Maison focuses on a rigorous selection of grapes and extended cellar aging: the identity of the wines is based on respect for the founder's tradition, collaborative work with its grower partners, and an approach that prioritizes balance, freshness and precision in winemaking.
