Champagne Brut Rosé from Maison Burtin offers an immediate image in the glass: pale pink with a very fine perlage that rises evenly. On the nose it is fresh and straightforward, with hints of wild strawberries and just-picked raspberry, accompanied by light floral nuances and a pleasant citrus note that keeps the profile slim. The acidity is lively yet well measured, and the wine's sapidity underlines the overall balance without weighing it down. The structure is fine and graceful, with a perlage that caresses and lends a pleasing creaminess to the sip.

On the palate it confirms an elegant, flowing sip, soft in texture but supported by a fresh framework that extends its persistence; the finish leaves fruity traces together with a mineral edge. It works well as an aperitif wine but also pairs nicely with raw fish, shellfish and delicate preparations, as well as fruit desserts that are not overly sweet. Suitable for both convivial moments and quieter pauses, it's best to uncork shortly before serving to give the wine time to open up; serve cold but not ice-cold to appreciate its fragrance and tension.
