The Bosso Moscato Aged Grappa 70cl is a distillate of rare elegance and unique complexity, which expresses all the sweetness and aromatic intensity characteristic of the Moscato grape variety. Strictly sourced from carefully selected and processed grapes in the Piedmont region, these grapes undergo a delicate distillation process, followed by aging in oak barrels which further enriches the distillate with sophisticated and unique notes.

As soon as it is poured into the glass, a bright golden color is noticeable, which anticipates the olfactory nuances one is about to encounter. On the nose, the Bosso Moscato Aged Grappa 70cl presents a symphony of aromas, ranging from fresh fruit, such as peach and apricot, to more evolved hints of dried fruit, vanilla, and sweet spices, thanks to the influence of the wood.

On the palate, it is soft yet simultaneously intense, with a balanced structure that allows for a clear perception of the continuity between the aromas sensed on the nose and the flavors on the palate. Fruit notes pleasingly blend with nuances of honey, white chocolate, and a slight spiciness that invites another sip.

This grappa is perfectly suited as a post-meal tasting, possibly alongside some dark chocolates or fruit-based desserts. It is also ideal to be enjoyed on its own, allowing time in the glass to enhance its many facets.

For a complete appreciation, it is advisable to serve it at a temperature of about 18-20°C, in tall, narrow glasses that promote a better concentration of aromas, making the tasting a true moment of pleasure and discovery.
