The Metodo Classico Lambrusco di Sorbara 36 Mesi by Silvia Zucchi represents an excellent expression of how tradition and modern methodology can come together to create a product of singular elegance and complexity. This sparkling wine is produced exclusively using Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, cultivated in the Emilia region, renowned for its unique terroir that imparts distinctive characteristics to the wine.

Beginning with a meticulous grape selection process, the Metodo Classico employed for the production of this Lambrusco involves bottle fermentation, followed by aging on the lees for a period of at least 36 months. This extended aging period contributes to a greater aromatic complexity and a more sophisticated texture, enriching the wine with nuances ranging from red fruits like raspberry to more evolved notes of toasted bread and yeast.

Visually, the Metodo Classico Lambrusco di Sorbara 36 Mesi by Silvia Zucchi presents a bright and lively red color, with fine and persistent bubbles that hint at its freshness and vivacity on the palate. In the mouth, the wine is structured yet balanced, with an engaging acidity that makes it particularly suitable for pairing with rich and flavorful foods, such as cured meats and aged cheeses, or as an intriguing aperitif.

This sparkling wine is not just a drink, but a celebration of the Emilia viticultural heritage and the innovative capabilities of Silvia Zucchi, who with passion and dedication has created a product that is garnering appreciation both in Italy and abroad. Ideal for Lambrusco lovers seeking a more refined and complex version of this traditional Italian wine.
