The Lambrusco di Sorbara 36 Mesi Metodo Classico by Silvia Zucchi, presented in Magnum format, is a true expression of excellence and uniqueness in the landscape of Italian sparkling wines. This refined Sorbara, aged for 36 months using the classic method, which involves secondary fermentation in the bottle, shows a brilliant and lively red color, typical of Lambrusco.

On the nose, the wine exudes a complex and seductive bouquet, with notes of small red fruits, highlighted by floral nuances and a slight touch of yeast. Its prolonged maturation contributes to enriching the wine with aromatic facets of great finesse.

On the palate, the sip is perfectly balanced between acidity and fruitiness. The fine and persistent bubbles dance harmoniously, offering a creamy and elegant sensation. The aftertaste is long and persistent, highlighting a surprising freshness that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Lambrusco di Sorbara pairs splendidly with dishes from Emilian cuisine, such as smoked cured meats and aged cheeses. A prestigious option to celebrate special occasions or to enjoy a moment of pure wine pleasure.
