The Pinot Nero IGT del Veneto by Serafini e Vidotto is born from selected vineyards in the hills of the Valdobbiadene area, a territory known for its wine-growing tradition and ideal climatic balance. This traditional grape variety skillfully evolves thanks to partial aging in wood, which gives the wine an elegant structure without overpowering its varietal finesse.

In the glass, it shows a medium-intensity ruby red color, accompanied by intense aromas of small red fruits, fresh cherries, and light spicy hints. On the palate, it reveals itself as soft, with silky tannins and a fresh acidity, which gives it a pleasant persistence. Its lightness and balance make this Pinot Nero perfect paired with white meats, delicate risottos, and soft cheeses.

A refined example of the Venetian interpretation of this grape variety, capable of enhancing the territorial character with a modern and artisanal approach.
