Poli Italian Brandy, presented in an elegant 70cl bottle with a refined copper tube, embodies the essence of Italian distilling art. This grape-based spirit is produced by Poli Distillery, a historic family-owned company established in 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto.
Poli Brandy is obtained through a meticulous distillation process that follows ancient techniques handed down from generation to generation. The distillation occurs in traditional copper stills, which impart to this spirit exceptional purity and aromatic complexity. Subsequently, the distillate matures in small oak barrels, where it acquires amber hues and a rich and enveloping aromatic bouquet.
On the nose, Poli Italian Brandy offers intense notes of cooked fruit, vanilla, and subtle hints of cocoa and almond. On the palate, it is distinguished by its perfect balance between the sweetness of the fruit and the spiced complexity, with a long and persistently warm finish.
