The Champagne Brut Rosé Maison Burtin is born in the heart of the Champagne region, a territory famous for its chalky hills and the temperate climate ideal for quality viticulture. This sparkling wine is the result of a skillfully balanced blend, where classic grape varieties like Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier prevail, providing structure and softness, together with a percentage of Chardonnay that gives freshness and finesse.

The secondary fermentation follows the traditional method, with a long aging on the lees that gives this rosé a refined aromatic complexity and a fine, lively perlage. In the glass, it presents a brilliant powder pink color, rich in bright reflections. The bouquet opens with hints of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a pleasant minerality. The taste is balanced, fresh, with a lively acidity that makes every sip harmonious and persistent.

Ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, or white meats, this Champagne will add an elegant touch to every special occasion.

Winery history
Founded by Gaston Burtin in 1933 and established at the historic Château des Archers in Épernay, the Maison built its reputation through commercial activity and close ties with local growers. In the decades that followed, the Maison consolidated supply relations with numerous partners and set aside some cuvées for a select circle, which more recently led to the decision to publicly showcase these bottlings under the "Hommage à Gaston Burtin" range.
Production philosophy
La Maison focuses on a rigorous selection of grapes and extended cellar aging: the identity of the wines is based on respect for the founder's tradition, collaborative work with its grower partners, and an approach that prioritizes balance, freshness and precision in winemaking.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Épernay, the wines are sourced from parcels in several Champagne villages and reflect the characteristic soils of the Champagne region.
