The Gewurztraminer Stoass DOC from the Pfitscher winery is an exceptional wine that represents the elegance and complexity of the Gewurztraminer grape variety, grown in the vineyards of the South Tyrolean Dolomites. The Pfitscher winery, with its long history and passion for producing high-quality wines, offers an extraordinary interpretation of this aromatic grape variety.

Of a brilliant golden yellow color, this wine opens with an enveloping and inviting aromatic bouquet. On the nose, intense aromas of white flowers emerge, such as rose and jasmine, followed by notes of exotic fruit, such as litchi and mango, and subtle spicy accents of ginger and cloves.

In the mouth, Pfitscher's Gewurztraminer Stoass DOC reveals a complex and well-balanced structure. The sip is soft and enveloping, with a natural sweetness that blends harmoniously with a vibrant freshness. The fruity and spicy flavors develop elegantly, leaving a long and persistent finish, with a pleasant note of bitter almond.

This wine pairs beautifully with Asian dishes, such as chicken curry, grilled shrimp or sushi. It is also an ideal companion for soft and creamy cheeses, such as Brie or Camembert, or to be enjoyed alone as an aperitif, in moments of relaxation and conviviality.

Pfitscher's Gewurztraminer Stoass DOC represents an authentic expression of the South Tyrolean Dolomites territory and the craftsmanship of the Pfitscher winery, offering an unforgettable tasting experience that delights the senses and satisfies the palate.
