The Bottega Primo Assaggio Barrique 50 cl Grappa represents an exclusive selection of grappas, masterfully and carefully aged by Bottega distillers. This prestigious distilled beverage is obtained from the distillation of carefully selected pomace, derived from superior quality grapes. Once distilled, the grappa is allowed to mature in small oak barrels which bestow it with a unique and distinctive character.
Maturation in barrique indeed enriches the grappa with complex aromas of vanilla, cocoa, and spices, balanced by a subtle note of toasted wood that blends perfectly with the original aromatic profile. The result is a grappa of great elegance and complexity, with a seductive amber color that foreshadows a rich and enveloping tasting experience.
On the palate, Bottega Primo Assaggio Barrique Grappa is soft and velvety, with a sweet entry that gradually gives way to a pleasant sensation of warmth and a lingering aftertaste that brings back the spicy and woody notes perceived on the nose.
