The Grillo Sicilia DOC Case Sparse Biologico of Baglio di Grìsi is born in the heart of western Sicily, where the Mediterranean terroir imparts a unique character to this native grape variety. Cultivated using organic methods, Grillo expresses itself in a wine with a fresh and vibrant profile, characterized by citrus hints and floral notes of orange blossom and chamomile. Careful vinification and moderate aging in steel preserve its natural minerality and pleasant savoriness, enhancing the typicality of the Sicilian territory.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, while on the palate it shows a balanced structure and a lively acidity that invites a refreshing and harmonious drink. Perfect with seafood dishes, such as grilled fish and shellfish, it is also suitable to accompany light appetizers and fresh cheeses. An authentic example of the organic winemaking tradition of Baglio di Grìsi, combining respect for the environment with sensory quality.
