The Syrah Terre Siciliane IGP Biologico of Baglio di Grìsi is a wine that tells the vigorous essence of Sicily, a region known for its suitable land and the ideal Mediterranean climate for native and international grape varieties. Coming from vineyards cultivated according to strict organic regulations, this Syrah expresses an authentic character that respects the environment. The grape variety, originally from the Rhône Valley, here adapts perfectly to the mineral-rich soils and the warm Sicilian sun, producing a wine with an intense ruby color and enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light smoky notes.

The vinification is carefully managed, often followed by aging in steel or neutral wooden barrels, to enhance freshness and aromatic complexity without overpowering its natural tannic structure. The result is a balanced and harmonious Syrah, ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, offering a deeply Mediterranean and authentic tasting experience.
