The Bolla winery, with a history of excellence and innovation that dates back to 1883, celebrates with this "Retro" label the purity and elegance of Pinot Grigio, interpreted through a journey through time that recalls the winemaking traditions of the area.
Visually, this Pinot Grigio presents itself with a bright straw yellow color, enriched by greenish reflections that anticipate its freshness and liveliness. On the nose, the bouquet is delicate and complex, with notes of ripe pear, green apple and a touch of white flowers, followed by a light mineral vein that adds depth and invites tasting.
In the mouth it expresses itself with elegance and balance, offering a soft and enveloping texture, which balances perfectly with a fresh acidity. The flavors of fresh fruit blend with nuances of almond and a discreet minerality, leading to a clean and persistent finish, which leaves a sensation of pleasant freshness.
