The grapes are carefully selected by hand, and the different varieties are vinified separately. Fermentation and maceration take place in concrete tanks for approximately 25/30 days, maintaining a controlled temperature not exceeding 28/30 °C. Subsequently, a second fermentation takes place in 225 liter French oak barriques. The refinement process lasts for approximately 18 months in barriques, followed by a further 6 months in the bottle before being marketed.

The wine has an intense ruby ​​red color and purple highlights. Fruity sensations of cherry and plum emerge on the nose, followed by spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg. The olfactory impressions are completed with refined hints of chocolate and pleasant hints of blond tobacco. The tannin initially manifests itself in a sweet and silky way, and then develops into a velvety and broad sensation.
