The Falanghina DOC from Feudi di San Gregorio is a true treasure from the Campania region, renowned for its ability to best express the varietal and territorial characteristics of this ancient grape. This white wine, with a strong and decisive personality, presents a bright straw-yellow color that sets the stage for an intriguing olfactory experience. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of fresh fruit such as peach and green apple, with subtle hints of citrus and floral notes of hawthorn and acacia. This is enriched by a slight minerality that recalls the stoniness of the volcanic soil on which the vines grow.

On the palate, the Falanghina DOC from Feudi di San Gregorio reveals its balanced and coherent structure: the onset is fresh and lively, supported by good acidity that ensures a pleasantly persistent and refreshing sip. Delicate mineral nuances blend with ripe fruit in a harmonious finish of good length.

Excellent to serve as an aperitif, this Falanghina is perfect paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and mollusks, but it also performs very well with vegetarian cuisine and dishes based on fresh cheeses. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 8 and 10°C to enhance all its aromatic facets.

The Falanghina DOC wine from Feudi di San Gregorio represents an excellent expression of the Campanian terroir, offering a taste experience that combines tradition and modernity, ideal for lovers of distinctive and quality white wines.
