This sparkling wine is a rare gem from the winding hills of the Marche region, meticulously produced by the renowned Conventino winery. Reflecting the excellence and tradition of the classic method, this sparkling wine is the result of a rigorous selection of local grapes, which are allowed to mature to perfection before being manually harvested.

The uniqueness of the Spumante Metodo Classico IGT Marche by Conventino is revealed through the winemaking process, which follows the ancient techniques of the classic method. After the first fermentation, the wine is bottled with added yeast and sugars for the second fermentation in the bottle. This process, which lasts at least 18 months, is essential to develop those complex nuances and the fine, persistent bubbles that seduce at the first sip.

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color with golden reflections, accompanied by a constant and fine perlage that invites tasting. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and varied, with notes of ripe white fruit, hints of yeast, and a touch of fresh almond. In the mouth, its entry is lively yet harmonious, dominated by a tart freshness that balances perfectly with a certain creaminess. The fruity notes blend with those of fresh bread and brioche, for a long and pleasantly complex finish.

Ideal to accompany refined fish dishes, light appetizers, or as an elegant aperitif, the Spumante Metodo Classico IGT Marche - Conventino is a classy choice for those who appreciate high-quality sparkling wines with a strong territorial identity.
