Capo Martino is a fantastic enological union in which Tocai Friulano is the main protagonist supported by the precious companions Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana and Picolit.

Capo Martino is the name of the hill where the grapes grow, which in 1991 gave birth to the "little dream towards a promised land" a wine so called by the heirs of Anton Jermann, given in his honor given that in 1881 he made a journey from the current Slovenian Collio to get to Villanova.

An excellent white wine that brings the terroir into the glass immediately enchanting the eye with its bright golden flashes. The nose reveals aromas of distant lands, tropical fruit, aromas such as lime and sweet notes of ripe fruit. On the palate the taste is decidedly surprising, it expresses grace without ever abandoning its great freshness, it is mineral and sapid.

A quality sip that goes perfectly with fish-based dishes.

Winery history
The Jermann family has Central European roots and settled in Friuli in 1881. The estate grew as a family-run business and experienced a major step up in quality in the 1970s thanks to Silvio Jermann, who created the renowned blend Vintage Tunina and introduced innovative winemaking approaches. In subsequent years the estate expanded its production sites and consolidated an international presence; in March 2021 the sale of a majority stake to the Marchesi Antinori group was reported, with a commitment to maintain continuity in the management of the wines.
