The Franciacorta Rosé Pas Dosé Millesimato of Santus is born in the heart of Franciacorta, one of the most prestigious areas of Lombardy renowned for the production of elegant and complex sparkling wines. Made from Pinot Noir grapes, it stands out for the absence of residual sugar (Pas Dosé), which gives the wine a fresh and dry personality, enhancing the purity of the grape variety and the territory.

The prolonged aging on the lees enriches the bouquet with delicate notes of fresh yeast, bread crust, and subtle red fruits, while the palate reveals a lively, vibrant, and harmonious structure, characterized by refined sapidity and a persistent finish. Perfect to accompany raw fish dishes, shellfish, or delicate meats, this Franciacorta in the Jeroboam version, kept in a scenic wooden case, is the expression of elegance and tradition, ideal for celebratory moments or for those seeking an authentic and exclusive sparkling wine experience.

Winery history
Cantina Santi was founded as a winery in Illasi and has been present in Valpolicella since the 19th century. During the 20th century the Santi family introduced technical innovations and progressively focused on high-end wines; in 1974 the winery became part of Gruppo Italiano Vini, which reinforced investments and facilities while preserving its local identity.
Production philosophy
Santi claims a style tied to the sense of place of Valpolicella: it favors the predominant use of Corvina in its selections, aging in large traditional casks, and the use of local woods to enhance the aromatic qualities typical of native grape varieties. The approach combines oenological research with respect for local practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Santi's vineyards and selections are concentrated in Val d'Illasi and the classic areas of Valpolicella, using a vineyard-selection approach across different exposures and microclimates to produce wines that reflect the local terroir. The winery also works with vineyards in other Veronese appellations such as Soave, Bardolino and Lugana.
