The Passerina IGP from Nestore Bosco's Linea 1897 is a white wine that captures the essence of the Marches' terroir with extreme refinement and elegance. The selection of the best Passerina grapes, an indigenous variety from the Marche region, allows this wine to embody the characteristics of a winemaking area rich in traditions and innovations.

The color is a bright straw yellow, with greenish reflections hinting at its freshness. On the nose, it opens with an intense aromatic bouquet, featuring floral notes of chamomile and hawthorn, followed by hints of white-fleshed fruits like apple and pear, enriched by a light citrus touch.

On the palate, Linea 1897 - Passerina IGP reveals a surprisingly balanced structure. The well-balanced acidity blends perfectly with moderate sapidity, making this wine extremely pleasant and easy to drink. The taste persistence is remarkable, leaving a pleasantly fresh and clean sensation in the mouth.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, crustaceans, and shellfish. It is also an excellent companion for delicate risottos and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, between 8-10°C, to fully appreciate all its nuances.

The Linea 1897 by Nestore Bosco is a tribute to the family’s winemaking tradition, which for generations has been dedicated to the passion and care in creating high-quality wines. The Passerina IGP is an authentic expression of this commitment, offering a rich and memorable sensory experience.
