The Chardonnay Südtirol Alto Adige DOC - Arvum - Pfitscher represents an exemplification of the oenological excellence of the Alto Adige (Südtirol) region, known for the production of very high quality white wines. The Pfitscher winery, located in this Alpine area of northern Italy, is among the wineries that with dedication and innovation contribute to the fame of South Tyrolean wines, combining centuries-old traditions with modern winemaking techniques.

Pfitscher's "Arvum" line is dedicated to wines that express with particular intensity the varietal characteristics and terroir of origin, the result of a rigorous selection of grapes and meticulous care at every stage of production. Chardonnay, one of the international vines that has best adapted to the cool climate and mineral soils of Alto Adige, reveals all its potential for finesse and complexity in this interpretation.

Chardonnay Arvum stands out for its bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting aromatic bouquet, with notes of green apple, pear, white peach and a subtle floral touch, enriched by a light minerality and hints of vanilla and butter, deriving from the refinement in barrique.

In the mouth, the wine confirms its olfactory promises with a soft and enveloping entry, supported by good acidity which guarantees freshness and drinkability. The aromatic complexity develops harmoniously, with a beautiful tasting persistence that leaves room for mineral and slightly toasted reflections in the finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, Chardonnay Südtirol Alto Adige DOC - Arvum - Pfitscher is also a perfect companion for dishes based on fish, seafood, delicate poultry and fresh or medium-aged cheeses. Its elegance and structure also make it suitable for special occasions and refined gastronomic combinations.
