Il Classic Cuvee di Nyetimber è un esempio sublime di spumante inglese di altissima qualità. Questa cuvée, ottenuta da uve Chardonnay, Pinot Noir e Pinot Meunier, rappresenta un'interpretazione raffinata e vivace del terroir unico della costa meridionale dell'Inghilterra. Alla vista, il Classic Cuvee si presenta con un bel colore giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, accompagnato da un perlage fine e persistente.
Al naso, questo spumante rivela una complessità sorprendente, con aromi di frutta a polpa bianca come la pesca e la mela, uniti a note di agrumi, fiori bianchi e una leggera percezione di crosta di pane, risultato dell'affinamento sui lieviti.
