Produced with Falanghina grapes from medium density cultivated vines (between 4000 and 5000 plants/hectare) in the Campania region, in a hilly area. The pruning system is simple Guyot. Fermentation takes place in steel, with malolactic fermentation partially carried out. It is aged for 4 months in tanks
At sight it has a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The scent recalls peach and apple. On the palate it is soft, fresh, sapid with a pleasant aromatic persistence.
It goes perfectly with seafood first and second courses, perfect with pizza and fresh cheeses.
