Santi's Chiaretto di Bardolino DOCG "Infinito" is a bright and refined expression of the rosé produced in the picturesque areas of Lake Garda. This wine, the result of a selected harvest of the best grapes in the region, embodies the freshness and elegance that are the hallmark of Chiaretto di Bardolino.

"Infinito" stands out for its pale pink color with coral shades, which anticipates a delicate but complex olfactory bouquet. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits emerge, such as strawberries and raspberries, with touches of citrus and floral notes, which intertwine in a harmonious balance.

In the mouth, the wine is lively and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that supports its structure and enhances its fruity flavours. Its elegance and flavor persistence make it versatile for culinary pairings, ideal both for light appetizers and for fish-based dishes, white meats or as an aperitif.

Produced with methods that respect tradition and the territory, the Santi winery is committed to offering an "Infinito" Chiaretto di Bardolino that is a symbol of quality and authentic expression of the production area. A wine that, with every sip, brings with it the essence of Lake Garda, offering a unique and unforgettable sensorial experience.

Winery history
Cantina Santi was founded as a winery in Illasi and has been present in Valpolicella since the 19th century. During the 20th century the Santi family introduced technical innovations and progressively focused on high-end wines; in 1974 the winery became part of Gruppo Italiano Vini, which reinforced investments and facilities while preserving its local identity.
Production philosophy
Santi claims a style tied to the sense of place of Valpolicella: it favors the predominant use of Corvina in its selections, aging in large traditional casks, and the use of local woods to enhance the aromatic qualities typical of native grape varieties. The approach combines oenological research with respect for local practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Santi's vineyards and selections are concentrated in Val d'Illasi and the classic areas of Valpolicella, using a vineyard-selection approach across different exposures and microclimates to produce wines that reflect the local terroir. The winery also works with vineyards in other Veronese appellations such as Soave, Bardolino and Lugana.
