Arnaldo Caprai, renowned for its dedication to elevating wines from Umbria, presents its Spumante Metodo Classico, a refined and delicate expression of the region. This sparkling wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes, transformed following the Metodo Classico, a process that involves a second fermentation in the bottle.

Visually, Arnaldo Caprai's Spumante Metodo Classico shows a bright straw yellow color, enriched with fine and persistent bubbles, a perfect testament to the quality and care in its production. On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting bouquet, characterized by aromas of fresh bread, white flowers, and light notes of almonds and citrus, which add freshness and vibrancy.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates extraordinary harmony and balance. The acidity is well-balanced, playing with creamy and persistent sensations, while the fruity notes intertwine with those of yeast and minerals, typical of the Metodo Classico. The finish is long and clean, with a lingering memory of citrus and a light toastiness.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but it also has the structure to accompany more elaborate dishes, such as seafood, raw fish, and white meats. Its versatility makes it perfect for any occasion, from the most formal celebrations to an intimate aperitif among friends.

With this Metodo Classico, Arnaldo Caprai not only celebrates the Italian winemaking tradition but also the innovation and passion for excellence that characterize the winery. A wine that represents excellence to be discovered and appreciated, sip after sip.
