The wine has a fascinating purple-red color. On the nose, pleasant notes of red and black fruits emerge, including currant, raspberry, blueberry, and a delicate hint of strawberry tree. There are also spicy hints, such as black pepper. On the palate, the wine stands out for its pleasantness, with a beautiful persistence and a harmonious correspondence between taste and smell. The softness is well balanced.
As far as pairings are concerned, this wine lends itself well to being accompanied by not too spicy cured meats and tasty first courses. Its versatility makes it suitable for various convivial and gastronomic situations.
