This wine is made from selected grapes that reflect the elegance and minerality typical of the area, with a careful aging method that highlights aromatic finesse and taste structure. In the glass, it shows a bright and luminous color, accompanied by complex aromas of fresh fruit, floral hints, and light spicy notes. On the palate, it reveals a pleasant harmony between lively acidity and softness, with a long and enveloping finish that invites drinking. Perfect to pair with fish dishes, white meats, or aged cheeses, Roblinus De' Waldgries DOC is an authentic expression of the Alto Adige wine tradition, ideal for those seeking a refined and engaging sensory experience.

Country: Italia
Grapes: Schiava (Vernatsch), Lagrein, Rosenmuskateller (Moscato Rosa), Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc (Pinot Bianco)

Winery history
The property, mentioned in historical documents as early as 1242, is an ancient ansitz in the Santa Maddalena area. The Plattner family has managed the estate since the first half of the 20th century and, over time, transformed the historic residence into a small artisanal winery now led by Christian Plattner. Bottling on a modern scale began in the second half of the 20th century, and the estate has progressively developed a collection of wines focused on the local area.
Production philosophy
An artisanal, terroir-driven approach: hands-on work in the vineyard, respect for the characteristics of each grape variety, and a production focused on expressing the identity of local varieties. The owner likens the creation of the wines to an artistic process, seeking to accompany the wine’s evolution rather than force it.
Terroir and vineyards
South-facing vineyards in the Santa Maddalena area on the outskirts of Bolzano, with steep slopes and views of the Dolomites. The area is Alto Adige / Südtirol, with wines historically linked to the local appellation.
