The Metodo Classico Ada from Podere Forte represents an expression of elegance and refinement, preserved in a special wooden case that enhances its value and uniqueness. This sparkling wine is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes cultivated in the fertile lands of Tuscany, a region renowned for its viticultural excellence.

The Metodo Classico Ada is characterized by a meticulous winemaking process that follows the traditional method of bottle fermentation. The extended aging in the cellar allows the wine to develop complexity and a rich aromatic bouquet, with nuances ranging from white-fleshed fruits to subtle hints of bread crust, due to its long stay on the lees.

On the palate, it reveals a well-balanced structure, supported by fresh acidity and a persistent finish. The fine and vigorous bubbles caress the palate, leaving a sensation of cleanliness and freshness that invites another sip. Its color is delicately golden with bright reflections that hint at its quality.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif but also shows its versatility by pairing perfectly with a variety of dishes, from light appetizers to seafood and fish-based dishes. The presentation in a wooden case also makes it a highly impactful and qualitative gift option.

The Metodo Classico Ada from Podere Forte is not just a wine, but a true symbol of tradition and artisanal care, capable of offering a unique and unforgettable sensory experience.

Winery history
Podere Forte was founded as an agricultural project led by Pasquale Forte and developed around the idea of a self-sufficient estate. The estate, operating since 1997, has re-created an integrated farm in the Val d’Orcia where viticulture, olive growing, beekeeping and livestock farming coexist, following organic and biodynamic practices.
Production philosophy
The estate is managed according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, with attention to soil health, production autonomy and the enhancement of local resources. The approach combines traditional techniques with precision tools in a system called "Sistema Forte," aimed at environmental and social sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in the Val d’Orcia, a landscape recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the vineyards are planted on soils rich in schist and clay at varying elevations, which favor typical expressions of Sangiovese and Bordeaux-style blends. The estate also has extensive olive groves and large areas of agricultural land.
Awards and recognitions
