Il Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Nonna Marcellina della cantina Cagliero è un vino rosso che esprime al meglio la tradizione enologica del Piemonte. Prodotto con uve Dolcetto coltivate nelle colline di Alba, questo vino si distingue per il suo carattere equilibrato e versatile.

Alla vista, si presenta con un color rubino intenso, con riflessi violacei che esprimono la gioventù del vino. Al naso, offre un bouquet complesso e intrigante, con sentori di frutta rossa come ciliegia e lampone, accompagnati da delicati sentori floreali e leggerissime note speziate.

Al palato, il Nonna Marcellina è morbido e rotondo, con una buona acidità che bilancia la dolcezza del frutto. I tannini sono presenti ma soffici, contribuendo a una struttura vellutata e piacevole. Il finale è lungo e armonioso, con un retrogusto che riporta le note fruttate percepite al naso.

Winery history
