The Vermentino Maremma Toscana DOC "Lucumone" from Mantellassi winery is a white wine that best expresses the richness and variety of the Maremma Toscana region. This wine stands out for its fresh and elegant character, the result of a meticulous selection of Vermentino grapes, a variety that has found its ideal habitat on the Tuscan coast.

On the nose, "Lucumone" offers an intriguing aromatic bouquet, dominated by notes of fresh fruit such as green apple, white peach, and subtle hints of citrus. These are accompanied by delicate floral touches and a faint reminder of aromatic herbs, contributing to a complex and inviting olfactory profile.

On the palate, the wine presents a lively freshness, balanced by good structure and a softness that envelops the palate. The acidity is well integrated and leads to a persistent and pleasantly mineral finish, typical of the soils of origin.

"Lucumone" is particularly suitable as an aperitif, but its versatility also makes it ideal for pairing with a variety of dishes. It pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, and vegetable-based dishes, but can also accompany more structured dishes like risottos and light white meats.

Serve chilled, preferably between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, to fully appreciate its qualities. "Lucumone" represents an excellent choice for lovers of white wines who seek freshness, elegance, and a strong territorial identity. A true gem from Maremma Toscana not to be missed.
