Chardonnay di Puglia IGP "Primadonna" from Varvaglione winery is an excellent quality white wine that reflects the essence of the Apulian territory. A straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, this Chardonnay features an intensely fruity aromatic bouquet, with evident notes of green apple, ripe pear, and a light hint of citrus that intertwine harmoniously with floral and fresh almond nuances.
On the palate, Varvaglione's "Primadonna" surprises with its freshness and balanced structure. The perfect acidity is well balanced by creaminess and a medium body that extends to a persistent and pleasantly aromatic finish. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel to preserve the integrity of the fruity aromas, followed by a brief period of maturation on the lees, enriching the wine with nuances of brioche and vanilla.
