The Ciù Ciù winery located on the hills of the Piceno di Offida, an ideal geographical position for the production of excellent wines. Since 1970, the Bartolomei family has been handing down passion, experience and wisdom to future generations, thus continuing an engaging and fascinating profession with love and dedication. 

Evoè, produced from 100% Passerina grapes, has a straw yellow color with slight golden reflections. The olfactory profile is persuasive and delicate, characterized by floral aromas and fresh hints of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, with a background of nuances of white flowers. The sip is elegant and balanced, rich in wide varietal perceptions, very long and aromatic finish.

The Ciù Ciù company uses 100% recyclable and BIO caps, thus deserving the first national certification given to vegetarian and vegan products, with a "Vegan Vegetarian Quality" wine certificate.

Evoè is an excellent accompaniment for fish-based dishes, white meats and delicate cheeses.
