The Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Brut by Ricci Curbastro is a refined expression of elegance and complexity, representing one of the pinnacles in the production of Italian sparkling wines using the classic method. Originating from the illustrious Franciacorta region in the heart of Lombardy, this wine stands out not only for its delicate rosé hue but also for its unique aromatic profile.

The composition of this Rosé Brut includes a carefully selected Pinot Nero, which is handpicked and delicately pressed. The result is a wine with a pale rosé color featuring reflections that range from copper to light amber. On the nose, the Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Brut by Ricci Curbastro offers an elegant and complex bouquet, with notes of small red fruits, citrus, and floral hints, enriched by subtle nuances of yeast and toasted bread, stemming from its long aging on the lees.

On the palate, its balanced structure and vibrancy are appreciated, well-supported by a persistent freshness that culminates in a long, pleasantly aromatic finish. The mousse is fine and persistent, a testament to the rigorous winemaking process that upholds the highest standards of quality.

This Franciacorta Rosé is perfect as an aperitif, but its versatility also makes it ideal for pairing with light fish dishes, shellfish, or as a surprising match with light land-based appetizers. A wine that celebrates every special moment, offering a sip of pure Italian winemaking tradition.

Ideal for those seeking a high-quality sparkling wine that enhances refined cuisine and celebratory moments, the Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Brut by Ricci Curbastro proves to be a choice of great style and substance, proudly representing the winemaking art of Franciacorta.
