The Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut by Ricci Curbastro is an elegant and balanced expression of one of Italy's most esteemed sparkling wines. Produced in the renowned Franciacorta region of Lombardy, this sparkling wine stands out for its refined balance between acidity and freshness.

The vinification follows the traditional method, where the second fermentation occurs in the bottle, enriching the wine with complexity and a creamy texture. The Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut by Ricci Curbastro undergoes a long maturation period on the lees, which can exceed 30 months, contributing to the intensification of its aromas and the evolution of its structure.

In the glass, it presents with a bright straw-yellow color and a very fine perlage. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet with notes of citrus, white flowers, toasted bread, and slight hints of almond, typical of the prolonged contact with the lees. On the palate, the attack is lively, characterized by a crisp freshness and seductive minerality. The finesse of the bubbles melds with a soft and elegant texture, with a persistent aftertaste that invites another sip.

Ideal as a refined aperitif, this Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and Japanese cuisine, and also represents an exquisite choice for celebrating special occasions. A true gem from Ricci Curbastro, showcasing the art of sparkling wine with mastery and passion.
