The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October. After the harvest, and subsequent pressing, followed by cold maceration for about 18 hours at 10 ° C. After soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (18 ° C). The wine is decanted and then bottled and aged in the bottle for a short period before being put on the market.
A refined wine that stands out in the glass for its bright cherry pink color. The nose is seduced by the aromas of fresh red fruit among which wild strawberries and raspberries stand out, pleasantly blended with delicate floral notes of rose and carnation, and spicy aromas in the background. On the palate it is savory and incredibly fresh.
A rosé that presents silky tannins and good drinkability when tasted; in the finish it recalls on the palate references with an almond aftertaste. Pleasant as an aperitif and excellent in combination with grilled fish and soups.
