Tenuta La Maredana is produced with Glera and Pinot Noir grapes whose vineyards are cultivated at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level. The vinification involves a soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C, with sparkling wine and aging for 4 months in an autoclave and subsequent maturation in the bottle.
At the sight it appears of a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The olfactory profile includes floral and fruity aromas. A harmonious and balanced sip, with notes of wild apple and a persistent finish.
It is recommended to combine it with delicate dishes or to be sipped as an aperitif.
