Bianco Veneto IGT - Quintarelli is a white wine that reflects all the excellence and production philosophy of the Quintarelli winery, renowned throughout the world for its absolute dedication to quality and for the adoption of production methods that respect the most ancient winemaking traditions of Veneto. The Quintarelli family, custodians of a savoir-faire passed down from generation to generation, is famous for its cult red wines, but its whites are also an expression of particular attention to detail and the selection of grapes.

This Bianco Veneto IGT is the result of a meticulous selection of white grapes typical of the region, grown in vineyards that enjoy the climatic peculiarities and unique terroir of the Veneto. The varietal composition can vary depending on the vintage, while always maintaining a high quality standard and a distinctive character that reflects the philosophy of the winery.

At sight, the wine has a straw yellow color, sometimes enriched by greenish reflections which testify to its freshness. On the nose, Bianco Veneto IGT - Quintarelli offers a complex and inviting aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, wild flowers, aromatic herbs and a light mineral touch, which together create an elegant and refined olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine surprises with its extraordinary harmony between acidity and structure, with a palate that perfectly balances the freshness of the fruity and floral flavors with a pleasant aromatic persistence. Its versatility makes it suitable for accompanying a wide range of dishes, from seafood cuisine to light first courses, from fresh cheeses to vegetarian preparations.

Winery history
The winery began as a family enterprise tied to Valpolicella Classica. Production has remained family-run over the years, and Bepi’s work is widely cited as the cornerstone of the winery’s reputation.
Production philosophy
Traditional method based on manual grape selection, the appassimento used for styles such as Amarone and Recioto, and a cautious quality policy that, in some cases, leads to downgrading wines when they are not deemed worthy of the top label. Strong focus on tradition and on the territorial character of the wines.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is rooted in the classic Valpolicella zone, in the Negrar/Verona area, an area known for its indigenous grape varieties and for the appassimento techniques employed in typical local productions.
