The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc from Clos Mont Olivet is an extraordinary example that reflects all the character and tradition of viticulture in the Rhône Valley region. This wine, produced from a carefully selected blend of white grapes predominantly Grenache Blanc, followed by small quantities of Roussanne and other local varieties, offers a complex and enticing olfactory profile characterized by notes of white flowers, ripe pears, vanilla, and light oak touches.

On the palate, its impeccable balance emerges between vibrant acidity and a rich creaminess that envelops the palate. The aftertaste reveals delicate hints of spices and minerality, demonstrating excellent ripeness and careful vinification. Partially aged in barrels, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc not only stands out for its soft elegance but also for a structure that promises excellent aging potential.

Ideal with creamy fish dishes or seasoned poultry, it is also perfect for being enjoyed alone as a luxury for lovers of fine wine. Widely recognized for its superlative quality, Clos Mont Olivet has created a wine that continues to inspire respect and admiration in the most exclusive wine circles.
