The Oelberg Riesling Trocken by Lisa Bunn represents a true expression of elegance and freshness, characteristic of the Riesling variety when grown in the renowned German wine region. This wine stands out for its clarity and precision, the result of meticulous work in the vineyard and careful winemaking.

Originating from carefully selected vines, Lisa Bunn's Riesling Trocken offers an intensely fragrant aromatic bouquet, where one can discern notes of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear, floral hints of jasmine, and a subtle mineral touch reminiscent of flint. This olfactory complexity is a prelude to a palate that surprises with its vibrant acidity and balanced structure.

In the mouth, the wine expresses itself with surprising freshness, maintaining a pleasant lightness that makes it extremely drinkable. The minerality is well marked and leads to a long and persistent finish, which invites another sip. Its liveliness makes it an ideal companion for fish dishes, seafood, and Asian cuisine, where it can elegantly balance the different intensities of flavors.

Grown in an environment that benefits from the specific climatic conditions and soil of the Oelberg area, this Riesling Trocken is a demonstration of how attentive and respectful winemaking can transform grapes into a wine that faithfully reflects the characteristics of its terroir. Lisa Bunn, with her dedication and commitment to producing high-quality wines, confirms her ability to create wines that are not only delicious but also reflective of their origin.
