Lisa Bunn's Riesling displays a bright straw-yellow color with green reflections, heralding the freshness and vivacity of the wine. The nose is characterized by intense aromas of white-fleshed fruits, such as ripe peaches and pears, enhanced by notes of citrus and floral nuances. A slight hint of minerality further enriches the bouquet, offering a preview of the complexity that unfolds on the palate.

On the palate, the Wintersheim Riesling by Lisa Bunn is as elegant as it is dynamic. Its well-balanced acidity is the perfect counterpoint to the natural sweetness of the Riesling, creating a harmonious and inviting balance. The finish is lingering and clean, with an aftertaste that recalls minerals and the freshness of citrus, leaving a lasting impression.

This wine pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes, from light seafood appetizers or shellfish to more elaborate dishes like roasted pork or poultry seasoned with fruit-based sauces. It is also an excellent companion for a summer evening or as a refreshing aperitif.
