Winery history Adami

The Adami family's story begins with Abele Adami, who in 1920 purchased the vineyard today known as Vigneto Giardino in Colbertaldo. In the decades that followed leadership passed to succeeding generations; the winery has grown while maintaining its focus on local crus and the Rive di Valdobbiadene, bringing its sparkling wines to international markets.

Production philosophy

The company's approach places the relationship between soil, climate and the human touch at its center: vinifying each parcel separately to preserve the identity of each individual vineyard. Declared values include authenticity, family involvement, attention to quality and sustainable practices in the vineyard and winery.

Terroir and vineyards

The vineyards are located in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. They primarily produce Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Rive, with terraced vineyards and historic areas such as Bosco di Gica and Cartizze. The area is part of the vineyard landscape recognized by UNESCO.

Awards and recognitions

Recent recognitions for individual products include Corona & Top 300, WineHunter, Falstaff Sparkling Special.
