Winery history Cantina di Soliera

It is part of an interprovincial group headed by Cantina di Limidi; over time several local wineries have been incorporated. The cooperative brings together hundreds of members and preserves historical records that document the area's production and technological evolution, and it also plays a leading role in the production of Lambrusco di Sorbara in the northern Modena area.

Production philosophy

It aims to enhance the Po Valley through the selection of local crus and traditional winemaking techniques. The work focuses on preserving historic Lambrusco varieties, selecting historic vineyards, and improving the sustainability of agricultural practices.

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards located north of Modena, in the area between the Panaro and Secchia rivers; alluvial soils, predominantly sandy with clay, impart to Lambrusco the elegance and structure typical of the Emilia region.

Awards and recognitions

Equalitas Winery certification; some vineyards in conversion to organic.
