Winery Cembra Cantina di Montagna

Cooperative winery founded by the Cembra winegrowers; it operates on the terraces of the Valle di Cembra, working on very steep slopes supported by dry stone walls. Over time it has established itself as a collective presence in the area, enhancing the local grapes and the valley’s characteristic altitudes.

Enhancing the mountain region through targeted practices aimed at caring for terraced vineyards and producing wines that reflect the identity of Valle di Cembra. It also promotes hospitality activities and the communication of the heroic vineyard landscape.

Valle di Cembra: terraced vineyards on porphyry at about 700 m above sea level, with steep slopes and dry stone walls that characterize the landscape and viticultural practices.
