The Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC from Cembra Cantina di Montagna, produced in the mountainous vineyards of San Matiot, evokes a unique quality that only the altitude and specific microclimate of the Trentino region can offer. This elegant white wine presents a light straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, symbolizing its freshness and youth.

On the nose, the Pinot Grigio San Matiot reveals a delicate yet intensely aromatic bouquet, where notes of white-fleshed fruits, particularly pear and apple, can be recognized, along with a light touch of white wildflowers that adds a dimension of complexity and finesse. Its pronounced minerality enriches the olfactory profile with a pleasant freshness.

On the palate, the taste is consistent with the nose, displaying a beautiful acidity and a balanced structure. The purity of the fruit is highlighted by a silky texture and a long, persistent finish that leaves a pleasantly clean and refreshing sensation.

This Pinot Grigio is exemplary in its category, perfect to serve as an aperitif or to accompany light fish dishes, seafood, or vegetarian cuisine. Its elegance and freshness make it an ideal companion for a summer evening or a garden lunch.

The meticulous winemaking by Cembra Cantina di Montagna, which uses only selected high-quality grapes, ensures that each sip offers an authentic reflection of the alpine terroir. A wine that encapsulates the purity and enchantment of the Trentino valleys, ideal for those who appreciate high-level mountain whites.
