Family-owned property with local roots: the Saint‑Germain family took over and developed the vineyard in the 2000s. Étienne Saint‑Germain relaunched the estate in the late 1990s; in recent years Raphaël has been running the estate, which is regularly featured in the Guide Hachette des Vins.

Commitment to certified organic farming and respect for soils and workers; promotion and protection of local and alpine grape varieties, hand-harvesting, and winemaking focused on the purity of the fruit.

Vineyards located in the Combe de Savoie, in Saint‑Pierre d'Albigny, on the slopes of the Dent d'Arclusaz and on the clay‑limestone alluvial cone of the Massif des Bauges; southeast exposure with calcareous, pebbly soils typical of the area.

Appearances and mentions in the Guide Hachette des Vins across several years; some cuvées, such as "Le Persan / Princens," have been highlighted as recommended wines by the Guide.
