Production philosophy

"Guardians of the territory": certified organic production, environmental protection, recovery of historical practices (archeo‑oenology) and a low‑intervention winemaking approach (spontaneous fermentations for some lines).

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards in Tollo (province of Chieti), hillside overlooking the Adriatic Sea (about 5 km), with views of the Majella and Gran Sasso. Cultivation of local varieties such as Montepulciano, Pecorino and Passerina.
