Pecorino Casadonna IGP from Feudo Antico is a white wine showing a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose it opens with delicate citrus notes, hints of white flowers and fruity impressions of white peach and pear, accompanied by a touch of aromatic herbs. The aromatic profile remains clean and restrained, without excess, presenting a fresh, linear character. The sip is pleasant and maintains a discreet balance.

On the palate it shows good acidity that supports a slim structure and easy drinkability; the finish is agreeable and slightly saline. It pairs well with seafood starters, light soups, grilled fish and vegetable dishes, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. Serve at about 8–10 °C and consume young to capture its characteristic freshness. The Feudo Antico label offers a simple, honest proposition, suitable for those seeking an everyday white with an immediate, clear character.
