Winery history Le Volpi & Monte Fasolo

Le Volpi and Monte Fasolo began as two separate farms in the Colli Euganei; the property was acquired and restored by the Rossi Luciani family starting in 2010. The project covered the winery, vineyards, olive groves and hospitality operations, bringing the two estates to operate today in an integrated way with a focus on sustainability.

Production philosophy

The company declares a commitment to sustainable agriculture: organic grape production, practices to reduce chemical inputs, full traceability of the supply chain, use of lighter packaging and bottles, and vegan choices in the winemaking process. It carries out research and experimentation to improve quality while maintaining respect for the territory.

Terroir and vineyards

Situated in the heart of the Euganean Hills Regional Park, with estates between the municipalities of Baone and Cinto Euganeo. The soils are volcanic and clay-rich, typical of the Euganean Hills; the estate combines wine production with wine tourism and hospitality.
