This Spumante Dolce with orange blossoms is obtained from yellow Muscat grapes, which are grown in the southern area of the Euganean Hills. The grapes are harvested in the first half of September and then a white vinification is carried out with soft pressing. To make the wine a sparkling wine, a second fermentation is then carried out in an autoclave starting directly from the must.
Once the sparkling wine has been uncorked, the brilliance of its yellow and the creaminess of its perlage are immediately observed. The scent is rightly reminiscent of orange, but also of orange blossom and rose flowers. On the other hand, it is fresh and creamy on the palate.
The Spumante Dolce Colli Euganei is to be savored as an aperitif or with desserts.
