Winery history VICARI Società Semplice Agricola

The Vicari family has a long viticultural history in Morro d’Alba; archival research traces an ancestor to the late 15th century (Francino de Rigo). Today the farm is run by Nazzareno with his children Vico and Valentina. In 2021 Vicari participated in the “Produttori Lacrima di Morro” project.

Production philosophy

Focus on enhancing the territory and family traditions; production of typical local wines with hand-harvest and attention to typicity, expressed in the “Del Pozzo Buono” labels.

Terroir and vineyards

Production area: Morro d’Alba (Ancona), Marche. Soil: sandy and clay; approximate altitude 180 m; exposure south / south‑west. (The technical sheet for “Dueanime” lists Sangiovese 30% and Montepulciano 70% for that label.)
